We pack every piece in sturdy protective material, so the risk of damage in transit is low. If something does happen — the parcel arrives damaged or the product doesn't match what you ordered — contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll sort it out. We'll print a new piece at no cost. It depends a little on the material. Posters can be framed or hung with a poster hanger. Canvas pieces arrive ready to hang with mounting hardware on the back.
