The star map is calculated astronomically from the location, date, and time you enter. It shows the actual star formation that was visible at that exact moment, which means two pieces with different dates or coordinates are always unique.

Most people choose a moment that means something — a wedding day, a child's birth, a first kiss, or a special evening. You enter the time in hours and minutes. The star formation shifts slightly through the night, so even small differences in time produce different skies.

We print every piece to order at our nearest production partner, which keeps delivery fast and the footprint small. To addresses in Sweden it normally takes 2-4 business days from order to mailbox. Within the rest of the Nordics and the nearest EU we estimate 3-5 business days, and within the rest of the EU 4-7 business days. You always receive a tracking link when your piece ships.

You see the piece in its true proportions before you add it to the cart, and you can change anything that doesn't sit right. We want you to feel confident in your decision — it's a personal product that will hang in your home, after all.

We pack every piece in sturdy protective material, so the risk of damage in transit is low. If something does happen — the parcel arrives damaged or the product doesn't match what you ordered — contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll sort it out. We'll print a new piece at no cost. We want you to be happy and proud of the piece on your wall.

It depends a little on the material. Posters can be framed or hung with a poster hanger. Canvas pieces arrive ready to hang with mounting hardware on the back. Metal prints and plexiglass come with a hanging system that gives a floating effect against the wall. Every package includes clear instructions and all the hardware you need — no toolbox required beyond a hammer.
