Returns, claims and refunds
All our products are made to order and personalized based on your design and choices. This affects which terms apply.
Right of withdrawal
Because every product is personally designed and custom-made, it is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales. This means a correctly delivered, personally designed product cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Please double-check your design carefully before ordering. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items (claims)
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective or differs from the design you ordered, contact us at info@arthena.se within 14 days of receipt. Attach a photo of the damage or fault and we will resolve it quickly with a replacement or a refund. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically ask you to.
Refunds
Once we have approved a claim, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 15 business days for the amount to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@arthena.se.
Gift cards
Gift cards are not covered by the right of withdrawal or returns.
