How long is the delivery time?
Orders within Sweden normally take 2–4 working days from order to mailbox. Within the rest of the Nordic countries and the nearest EU, we expect 3–5 working days, and within the rest of the EU, 4–7 working days. You always receive a tracking link when the print is shipped.
Can I see what my painting will look like before I order?
Yes, always. You will see a real-time preview of the exact crop, color theme, and text you have chosen—in its true proportion—before adding the print to your cart.
Which pets can I get portraits of?
Virtually all pets – dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig, horse, parrot and bird, rat, lizard or snake. Even more unusual animals such as hedgehogs or martens work as long as the photo is clear. If you have an animal you are unsure about, upload a picture and see how the preview turns out.
Can I order a portrait of a pet that has passed away?
Absolutely — many order it specifically as a memorial portrait. You can use an existing photo, even older pictures. Feel free to add the animal's name and years as text to honor their memory. It becomes a personal comfort that reminds you of all the wonderful years together.
What image resolution do I need?
For best results, we recommend at least 2000×3000 pixels for sizes up to 50×70 cm. For larger formats (70×100 cm and above), the image should be at least 3000×4500 pixels. Mobile photos from recent years are usually of sufficient quality. You will receive a warning if the image resolution is too low for the selected size.
Would it work as a surprise gift?
Perfect for that. You can sneak a portrait photo from social media or an old picture — the photo doesn't have to be taken specifically for the painting. Delivery in 2–4 business days within Sweden means you can order close to the occasion without stress.
Can I give away a house poster before moving in?
Yes — a house poster is one of our most appreciated housewarming gifts. You can order based on a realtor's photo or your own photo taken at the viewing. Feel free to add the move-in date and family name to the print to make it even more personal.
What happens if the painting is damaged during transport?
We pack each canvas in durable protective material, resulting in a low risk of damage during transit. Should anything happen nonetheless — if the package is damaged or the product does not match your order — please contact us within 14 days with a picture, and we will find a solution.
